Make use of helpful grandparents who want to give you a break. Even if you do not feel like you need a break from your child, you do. Keep both of you thriving by taking little breaks from each other. It is healthy. You can assist your children by talking to them about bullying. Try to learn about the procedures and rules in place at your children’s school and be certain your kids know where to go for help if an incident occurs.
