People tend to be more high strung around the holiday season and that thing we are all supposed to have called "common sense" takes a vacation. I do my online shopping from legitimate companies such as Amazon, Overstock, Bestbuy, Walmart (you get the idea). But if people are going to shop at places like eBay or from smaller sellers, it's definitely good to be aware of who's on the other end. While I like eBay, alot (and have perfect feedback I might add :)) - I generally do not shop on eBay during the holiday for this sole reason.
